ICL Food Specialties to launch functional ingredient line at the Seafood Expo North America

ST. LOUIS (March 14, 2020) – ICL Food Specialties is pleased to announce the development of a line of high-performing functional specialties to maintain the natural moisture in seafood. After extensive research, food scientists from ICL Food Specialties have formulated four products that are being marketed under the KATCH® brand name. “Over the course of a year, we have conducted research to develop new products that deliver yield, shelf life and exceptional sensory properties,” says Nancy Stachiw, Director of Application Development at ICL Food Specialties.
